I had an excellent experience with the Moving Help team. My U-Box delivery was originally scheduled for Sunday, but the box became available earlier. I contacted Thompson to ask if an earlier delivery might be possible, and he went above and beyond, coordinating directly with the U-Haul location and arranging delivery two days earlier at my request. This was a huge help, as it gave me two extra days to organize my belongings in our new home before work and school started (we had just moved from Vancouver). Thompson and his team were punctual, very responsive, and kept me updated throughout the entire process, so I always knew the status and when to expect them. They were fast, efficient, professional, and extremely careful with my belongings, ensuring everything was handled with care and nothing was damaged. I’ve used their services before earlier this year when moving from Gatineau to Vancouver, and the service was just as great. Highly recommend them and would surely hire them again.

The loaders were very professional in handling our belongings and careful not to damage them or the walls and floors in the house.
