Book them! Don't give it a second thought. They are undoubtedly one of the best movers I've used in my history of 30 years. I had originally booked another 5 star moving company through Uhaul that had lots of reviews but that company didn't answer phone calls and only wanted to text. I'm old school, I needed a phone conversation and confirmation that the person was going to show up! Positive Impact Solutions was just that. They called as soon as they got my reservation, followed up, followed up even again and then let me know when they were enroute to my home. Now, let's talk about the essentials. They bring the furniture pads and make sure all your dedicates are covered, and store them in the ubox container with care. I was worried I might have needed a second box but they were like tetris masters and got all of my items into one. I'm not saying that as a reassurance for everyone but for myself, they made it happen! All in all, they were fun humorous and professional. BOOK!
