They arrived late.and my son and I had to help them load the truck. They did not understand the English language very well. At one point I had to ask them to to handle my items with care. They had no consept of how to pack a truck. They finished early with an hour to spare with including the time the got to the job late. I would not recommend them to be used for moving help.

It was a great pleasure working with Safe Hands. I would give them a 10 star rating. Very patient with me as the details of load site changed. If I move next year when my lease is up, I will definitely use Safe Hands again. Everything was expertly packed and handled. Everything was moved without any damage. They finished before the three hours. One of the movers took a poop in a bathroom and don’t use toilet paper. They didn’t read the labeled boxes to see where to put things, so you have to micro manage.

I had originally booked with another service; they abruptly canceled the day before the move. Safe Hands jumped in on short notice and the service was excellent. They even called in an additional person for the unload portion. Far above and beyond. Handled items with care and very professionally.
