Had to move the date due to our illness. They indicated they could and confirmed a morning move again. Did not respond timely manner to repeated inquiries for a time. Ended up at 1 pm. They contacted us just before 1 that they left the previous job and hit traffic 1.25 hours from our home (makes no sense). Sent a different crew who were an hour late. The two men were nice but inexperienced, needing to be told how to move armchairs through a door, a mechanical bed frame downstairs, and set up a simple bed frame; they did not have a knife to cut the tight plastic mover's wrap. Needed monitoring by us to make sure it went well. We had more items for putting together and to move and adjust, but did not feel at all confident in their experience. They have not responded timely manner to our dispute request, and Moving Help provides no support for that. We offered to pay half, but no response. First-ever bad experience with Moving Help. Do not recommend Imperial Movers at all.
