I was a little annoyed because the guys came very late after the original scheduled time, and I understand that previous jobs won't always end exactly on time and there's traffic, but I just wish the communication would've been a bit better. However when they arrived, the provided an extra pair of hands and finished everything very fast and packed my truck perfectly! Plus they were all super nice and friendly. I would use them again!

They had good intentions, but the execution was poor. They needed our help to finish loading, and they were prolonging the process because they felt weak to finish it. As a result, my kids and I had to assist them. Unfortunately, during the process, my 800 adjustable desk broke and is no longer functional. It was a truly poor execution.
