Good communication and arrived on time. Packed items well on the truck, nothing was damaged. I did have to help with a few of the heavier items as this was a man and woman team helping me (I didn’t mind) so if you have any similar items you may want to take that into consideration. Also, I am very very sorry having to mention but the male mover had a very noticeable BO, unsure if he forgot his deodorant that day or what but was enough to linger in the room after he left. (If you’re reading this very sorry! Don’t forget the deodorant when you’re working that hard!) I did appreciate him going above expectations helping to disconnect and reconnect my washer & dryer which I was not sure how to do myself.

Both of the movers were very friendly, efficient, fast and so helpful unloading a storage garage and loading a 16 foot truck. They both put thought into the most effective way to load the truck and how to do so to keep the items safe and stable during the drive. The communication before the move was wonderful, Audrey was very quick to communicate with us and great to work for. I would definitely hire them again if we ever needed help with moving.
