This was my second 2nd time hiring this company. They were not the same movers as a few days before. Three 3 movers hired for 5 hours to load a truck for 2 storage units, but unloaded a lot of those same items onto the driveway of other passing cars at the storage building in order to move in a lot of boxes labeled FRAGILE. These were things already packed in the truck. This resulted in having to rent another rental truck to move the remaining few items for a long distance move. Due to the way the truck was loaded, a bar stool chair and a few FRAGILE boxes were crushed and damaged. They completed the job in 3 and half hours so they had time to recheck to ensure everything was in place. Again, the first movers were different and did an excellent job, but not the second time around.

If I could give these guys 10 stars, I absolutely would! Queen City Movers were incredible during one of the most stressful moves we’ve ever had. We ended up extending our service by 3 extra hours (a total of 5), and they stayed with us until 2;30 AM on a freezing night without a single complaint. These two young men went above and beyond helping us pack up our entire old house with no fuss, no attitude, just positive energy and genuine smiles despite how long and exhausting the night was. We hired them again a couple of days later because the first experience was so great, and the second time was just as amazing. They showed up with the same hardworking spirit, the same professionalism, and the same willingness to do whatever it took to make the move easier for us. Thank you, Queen City Movers, for turning such a stressful time into something manageable. We’ll definitely be recommending you to our family and friends.
