Absolutely the worst experience. Movers were very slow.. They were told multiple times that the heavy stuff needed moved first and boxes last. Ended up having to move two thirds of the stuff myself even after purchasing another hour. Left half of my sectional in my old apartment and couldn't figure out how to get my couch to the floor of my new apartment. Left all the boxes and stuff of the main floor for us to move. Stressed that I just had knee surgery and could not be moving the heavier stuff. Took 15 to 20 min to get from one place to the next when it was a 2 mile drive. Came early and started the time 15 min early when we were renting the uhaul. I've never used movers before but I wish I would've kept the money I didn't and paid my friends that had to help anyways. Owner was emailed and never responded on the terrible experience. Do not use.

I wouldn't probably hire them again. I paid for 2 people, but only one showed up on time. The other arrived an hour late. I booked way extra time, hoping to use that as an incentive to get it done quick. Unfortunately, I had to ask my family to stay and help, since there was only one guy there. He did a really good job, even by himself. Hopefully he finds a more reliable partner for future jobs.

They were exceptional, so professional and knew exactly what they were doing unloading the UPack pods. They helped me wrap my belongs and were very conscious of everything breakable. Hard working young men and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!
