I had a fantastic experience with this moving company. Kwaku and Kwadwo were absolutely amazing—they arrived early, worked efficiently, and completed the move in a timely manner. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! For starters, my movers tried to change my loading date after it had already been confirmed. After I told them my date and time was firm, they were hours late from the original set time. The guys themselves were very nice but NOT professional movers. They did not handle my items with care, and I was already concerned about the way they were stacking boxes on the dolly CLEARLY labeled Fragile or This Side Up. The movers took my payment code, and then I told them I have one additional item in the house. I then see from my window the movers LEAVE with my UBox and realize there is NO LOCK on my box. When I called them they said it was too late and neither them or myself could access the box. They then told me UHaul would be providing a lock for me before it ships. NOT TRUE! My UBox shipped over 1,000 miles WITH NO LOCK! To make matters worse, my items were completely disheveled when my box arrived, items broken and boxes on their side or upside down. PLEASE AVOID!
