Overall, my experience with onlyway hauling could have been better. The movers moved my furniture and boxes into the truck but the organization of items could have been better as there were open spaces. They also removed the sofa cover which I had placed to keep the sofa clean. Also, while moving my dressing table, they ended up breaking the top of it and unfortunately it can’t be re-assembled. There is a lot of room for improvement in my opinion.

I would recommend Kwaku and his team to my friends and family! From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and polite. I was nervous about the number of Uboxes I needed, and Kwaku jumped on the phone so we could talk through my items and figure out what would be a good amount. I also received multiple updates on timing every step of the way. Thank you for the best moving experience that we have ever had!
