Do not use this company unless you have pictures of every single pricey item you own as working and document the moving process the entire way. We had a great experience until about an hour after the movers left and we plugged in our TV. We used the TV the day before we moved and it was perfectly fine. They are the ones who loaded and unloaded it and set it on top of our entertainment stand at our new home. We reached out to let them know the same day and got a generic 'we'll investigate and let you know'. We followed up a few days later, no response. I messaged again, no response. A week to the date of the move, I sent an email informing them we were very disappointed in their lack of communication and would be pursuing a small claims case and submitting a review to the BBB. They replied very quickly at that point saying their 'internal investigation's which included statements, videos, ect. was done and the case was closed, not their fault.' Terrible, terrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!

The guys were great! They helped me get a lot of stuff that was too heavy for me to move. The office side of customer service could be improved. I was told I would get a call within 24 hours of booking the helpers. I waited all day yesterday for contact, snd didn't receive a call until 10pm when I was asleep. They then texted me, which woke me up, and said they tried calling 3 times, which was not true. I checked my phone log and only got 1 call at 10pm. We scheduled a time over text, but I was not told it'd be an hour window. I was told they'd be there to help at 11, but didn't show up until 12. I wish I'd been informed beforehand it was an hour window. Once the guys got there, the service was fantastic! I just wish the communication beforehand was better.

The moving guys were extremely kind and professional. We were exhausted from a long drive from Texas and these movers were extremely fast and efficient. They arrived early and didn’t stop until the job was complete. Use this company, they were awesome!

I hired movers to unload and they did not follow the way I asked them to place my things. They took so many breaks, eating up the time we hired them for, and then argued with us about the amount of time we hired them! We have a one year old and there were screws and nails left on the floor. I asked several times for them to place the boxes in the designated spot as I had put up signs to match the boxes labels and they refused. I had to do extra work for what I hired them to do. It was honestly a waste. Save your money and go somewhere else.

1 of the movers showed up 1 hour into the move so my husband ended up helping alot. However this was balanced out by one of the movers finding an important box that had been dropped off site and put 2 and 2 together and returned it to us!!
