Toney and Shymair were great! They really worked hard to maximize every inch of the u-box. They were polite, kind and respectful about shoes off upstairs and brought all the heavy stuff downstairs first and then put their shoes on to run very thing outside. They worked very hard in very cold weather with the snow into the dark when it was 18 and felt like 8 degrees. definitely recommend these guys and would use them again

All of my furniture was scratched and damaged because they never used one blanket that U haul provided to them. They were never even taken out of the plastic bags just thrown in the pod with my furniture. Some of my furniture is going to need to be thrown away it was so damaged. Don't ever use these people they shouldn't even be in business and you all should have never hired them or recommended them. I blame Uhaul as much as I blame the movers. They showed up 7 hours late on top of doing a terrible job.Also U haul refuses to do anything about it, so I would not use them again as well.

The movers were professional and worked at a good pace. I overestimated the time needed for the job, and they were willing to help me do some cleaning after we ran out of things to move. Highly recommend!

If I could give this company a negative rating, I would. We confirmed our move and arrival time two weeks in advance, yet on the morning of our move we received a text saying they would be 1.5 hours late. An hour later, we were told they would be 2 hours late. This delay caused a chain reaction that resulted in our afternoon movers canceling, leaving us four hours behind schedule. When the movers arrived, there was a strong smell of weed on them, which appeared to affect the quality of their work. They loaded lighter items first and then had to completely rearrange the truck once heavier furniture was added, adding over two extra hours to the load time. They also helped themselves to our food and drinks without asking, which was unacceptable. Nearly half of our furniture was damaged or broken upon arrival. This was an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I would strongly caution others against using this company.
