What is the purpose of my paying for moving services if you don’t want to move the things they had my son moving things into storage they stated they don’t want to move small stuff. Find a new profession and remain professional.

They are very strong guys who moved quickly. However the stuff wasn't pack in the truck well and several boxes fell.

The company never confirmed the move with me. I had to reach out several times. I was asked if there could be flexibility with the time of my move (unfortunately not). I had booked the move to start at 8 AM. The morning of the move, there was communication, however they did not show up until 930 AM pushing our day back and our unloading time at our destination. I have no idea the names of our movers, as they never introduced themselves. The 2nd mover we paid for didn't show up until about 30 min before the end of the move. They were not gentle with moving the furniture, some was dropped in the mud (white couch) mainly because 1 person was performing the move. Also, moving blankets were ripped, boxes were crushed and loaded upside down. Lamps were bent due to items being pushed on top. When we unloaded, the box spring was ripped. I had to give the payment code before they would leave. While they did load the truck efficiently, I would NOT recommend.

I would not use them again! We provided ratchet straps, rope and 24 blankets. They used none of them for an interstate move. 5 pieces of furniture broken in the end. Just use someone else. I went cheap and regret it.

I highly recommend Tag Moving, specifically Craig and Rondo. Moving can be an incredibly stressful experience, especially during a difficult transition, but these two gentlemen made the entire process seamless and worry-free. They were exceptionally careful with my belongings and took great care to protect the house throughout the move. What really set them apart, however, was their character—they were great to talk to and were remarkably kind and attentive toward my pets, which I truly appreciated. Beyond their professionalism, they were incredibly efficient, getting everything finished in just a matter of hours. If you want a moving team that is fast, respectful, and genuinely cares about your home, ask for Craig and Rondo!
