The communication was minimal. I had to reach out for further instructions. They communicate through text only. They were on time and the pick up went smoothly! My furniture was damaged on the unload. They got the couch caught in the door and tried to force it in before pulling it back out. They initially tried to get it in at an angle instead of coming straight in. My couch was damaged in that process, the entire back of the couch has little rips and tears. Service was good for the price but I wouldn’t recommend them personally.

IF you are looking for a lazy mover who will complain about how heavy your furniture is, then you found your guy. If I could give 0 stars I would. They came reeking of weed (literally the room smelled like weed when he left the room), and the one who claimed he was the owner of the business had attitude from the second he entered the house. He was rude, arrogant, and very confrontational. Constantly complaining that he had to work. I'm sorry but thats why we hired you. The second gentleman was a pleasure to work with. he was the one doing most of the heavy lifting anyway. They scuffed up my walls, and stained my carpet where professional cleaners were unable to remove the stain. He left half my furniture upside down. Would avoid doing business with him at all costs. He should really learn to interact with customers in a professional manner and not show up high to unpack a truck.
