Got a text the morning of at the original start time saying something came up with his coworkers family could we move the time back a couple hours I had to have the truck back that same day was a bit worried about that. Made the call to inform him about the truck being returned told me he was trying to find someone else to help him fill in. Sent me a text a couple hours later syaing they were on their way. They did a good job with the actual move

Jon and one other worker were outstanding. One of the helpers was less efficient and was on his phone a lot. Overall the move was very successful and I will call again. I have already tipped the team.

This was the worst experience of my entire life. I paid a pretty penny for 6 hours of work and THREE professional movers to get the job done. (Moving out of a 2 bedroom apartment) and expecting I accounted for MORE than enough time. It was 3 kids no older than 16 years old who didn’t so much as complete the job because they were tired. Kids are kids and get tired but you cannot fool people into thinking this is a professional moving company. John stated they would complete the job and stay extra but didn’t take into account the plenty of hours of breaks taken in between, or the stop at Dairy Queen. If you want professional movers do yourself a favor and find actual professionals. My husband did most of the job and brought friends to help us move because they would’ve never finished. Not to mention the hole left in my apartment wall, or the 26 foot truck we rented last minute because he never communicated to us a truck wasn’t included.
