Very efficient. When u-haul messed up my box, they got the problem resolved very quickly. Would recommend!

BEST moving experience I have ever had by far! The whole process was simple, affordable, and faster than I thought was possible? From start to finish, they were available, communicative, and there to answer my questions every step of the way. When it came to the actual moving, I was truly shocked at how fast and streamlined it was. I usually expect with moving companies for the other shoe to drop at any moment, but they were overly kind and professional, even when I messed up on moving day, and they had to wait 45 minutes for me to start the move!! I called, assuming it would be an expensive hassle, but the response was even better than I could have expected. I can’t imagine hiring a more reliable moving team and will be recommending their services to everyone I know. Moving is always the most stressful, but these guys have changed the game. Run, don’t walk!!!

Both helpers were excellent for our move. They were very efficient and got the truck loaded up, and unloaded at the new place within a couple hours. If we had done this on our own it would have taken all day.

This experience was horrible - the scheduling team messed up with the date and the movers didn't show up when they were supposed to. After calling them multiple times and having promises of somebody showing up in '20 minutes' (every single time they told me about these 20 minutes) much later 1 mover showed up (we ordered 2 though). My husband and I ended up loading most of the furniture all by ourselves because we needed to empty the apartment and it was running late. The second mover came only to the second location and all of us 4 were unloading the truck. The communication with the office was horrible, the only thing they basically said was - 'Ah, we are so sorry, it usually never happens to us'! As if it made our lives any better. I mean, if you can't put down a correct date in your system, just get an online scheduling system instead to avoid any human errors, it's the 21st century and we shouldn't be using pigeon mail to make things work!

Loaders were both very helpful but they need more experience loading a moving van and setting up load barriers with the ratchet straps I provided. Also could use more experience with putting heavy loads on light loads.
