We hired 2 helpers for 3 hours. One of the helpers showed up about 30 minutes late, maybe 45. The other helper showed up an hour late. They packed the truck really well, but since we weren’t moving across the country, we really needed it packed well enough not to be jostled all about, but we didn’t need every inch of it Packed tight because we were taking multiple trips anyway. So they spent a lot of time packing the truck and we ran out of time having them help us unload on the other side. We don’t really feel like we got full use of our time with them both showing up late plus one of the drivers when we drove to our house which was 20 minutes away took over 45 minutes getting there. He said he got lost, but we told him to use Google Maps and he said he did. I’m not sure what happened there. We gave them a tip thinking that the tip would cover them helping us finish unloading the truck into the garage, although not into the house like we had planned but then they asked for more money.

Chase & Benjamin were both very good, we were concerned that everything wasn’t going to fit, but that wasn’t the case they were able to fit it all in for us and we were very happy!! I would definitely use this company again.
