4.5 hours late. Lacked basic knowledge & skills, such as trying to force refrigerator through door smaller than it without knowing to (or how to) remove either refrigerator or house door. Disconnected water hose from refrigerator, and when it continued flowing, simply put it to flow into a bin that filled in a couple of minutes. Naturally, they didn't bother to tell me. Didn't bother with the dollies, carrying one small box at a time. Didn't know how to use appliance dolly! Broke things and hit walls with what they carried, leaving marks. Didn't mention to me that they broke the handle off my workbench vise. Couldn't speak any English. They should be paying me tuition for what I taught them during the worst move of my life (and I've used recovering addicts from rehab in the past).
