Mover arrived solo even though I requested twice that he bring someone. Comments that boxes were heavy when I had asked he bring someone to help. Took off his shirt almost immediately. Multiple neighbors mentioned this made them feel uncomfortable. Used my bathroom 3+ times and did not close the door despite me prompting him to do so. I felt uncomfortable with this. Asked personal questions including if I live alone, contents of my boxes. Disregarded fragile, this way up labels on boxes. While unpacking pod multiple boxes were placed ignoring 'this side up' message, were crushed. One piece of framed art arrived very damaged, had been loaded with heavy wooden furniture against it which dented, scratched the art. Mover was very pushy about a tip and asked me to add a tip via phone in front of him. I felt pressured when he requested cash instead. I said I had none he offered to drive me to an ATM and was very insistent that I accept this offer. Would not recommend this mover to others.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Paid for 2 movers and only 1 mover was qualified & the other had no experience and just hung out. Instantly talked about charging more even though it took less than the hours we paid for. We ended up helping the movers to get it done.

Service was fantastic. Really came through when the other service canceled 12 hours before arrival. My only complaint was smoking inside the truck, but he was only doing so to make sure he could get the job done in a timely manner.

I have a hard time writing reviews of this nature. I very much appreciated the prompt availability of James and his crew. However I soon found out his crew didn’t really know each other and one of the crew members, a woman, was clearly on drugs and homeless. She asked me a few times what I was doing with moving blankets after time together. She was the source of a few items becoming broken which is why I think James was trying to keep a close eye on her and micromanage everything. Multiple times James referred to her as ‘the girl’ or ‘her’ because he didn’t know her name and finally asked her toward the end. He also didn’t seem to know one of the other men who was working with him. His buddy John and the other man Steve were great helpers and took a lot of very direct and sometimes mean comments from James. The piano moving service was the best part of the service and I am pleased to have my piano safely moved.
