The movers were careful with my belongings and did a good job during the move itself. However, my appointment had to be rescheduled because of their scheduling issue, which was inconvenient. The moving service was satisfactory, but the scheduling experience could have been better.

We didn't reserve enough Uboxes and were completely stuck mid-move; Smoove Movers saved us, no exaggeration. They clearly know what they're doing, are quick and efficient, and went so far out of their way to help us out. We're super grateful for that and would definitely recommend them.

The two men that arrived were very efficient and worked hard. Got all my stuff in the Uhaul boxes and secured everything properly. They were late so it set me behind for my move and that is why the overall experience was a 4 star
