I requested help at 7am, and they showed up at 10am. We were almost finished at that point. The guys were friendly and helpful, but we needed help with the furniture, and they didn't arrive in time. I would not expect that when you book with U-Haul, the company you choose to use for moving help will be available at the time you selected.
