Movers announced they would arrive about an hour late about 30 minutes before our agreed meeting time and ended up about 2 hours late. Totally understand that it does happen but communication on that could have been better. They did a good job at handling items with care but organization was not the greatest. I also paid for the full two hours although they only took about 45 minutes (since it was a studio size move) and would have appreciated some type of courtesy gesture considering they were two hours late. I am grateful for their help today but would not book again.
