From a logistics standpoint, this was exceptional service. The team of 2 loaded an entire truck in under 20 minutes with impressive efficiency, precision, and coordination. The team of movers who helped me were excellent! I was especially happy with the constant communication with the move, from their ETA to pick up my box, when they arrived and were waiting in line at U-Haul, and on their way to my home. I had to reschedule a couple times, but they were happy to accommodate. They were professional and unpacked my U-Box quickly and efficiently. They made sure to ask if I had any specific places where I wanted my belongings to be placed and they made the effort to keep everything tidy. Absolutely awesome experience! The team was super professional, efficient, and handled everything with care. I honestly didn’t think all our stuff would fit, but somehow they worked their magic and got everything perfectly packed inside the U-Haul box - no wasted space, no stress.
