Sunshine called at 930 to inform they would not make the 10am start and would be there 11 or 1130am. We only had elevators reserved from 10-12. They arrived at 11am and provided one hour of service. I would like to be reimbursed for the additional hour, but they did not work. Ultimately, I’d like to be reimbursed for all of it due to the late arrival which caused me to have to move majority of the furniture.

Very slow moving and only moved things that were in boxes. Would not help put boxes together. This was a very simple move but the movers didn't finish loading a 16ft container in 2 hours. No stairs were involved. Garage to storage pod move.

We were disappointed that the day if the move we got a text asking to change move time from 9 am to 10 am. We responded that we had rented a truck and were on a time basis. So at 10 am ,no movers. We then found out they were coming from Ft.Lauderdale and ran into traffic. By 1020 we had found someone else to help and when I texted to say that, I was told they were around the corner. They showed up at 1030.......We were just moving from 1 storage unit to another one 5 miles away. They did a ok job and were nice. Probably would not use for a home move but for a storage move it was ok.......only used 2 hours of the 3 we paid because we had loaded alot on our own. Price was reasonable.
