The person dispatching the helpers was very responsive and helpful (five stars). The move was more complicated and difficult than anticipated, and took twice as long (my miscalculation, I had never moved with help before). One of the movers was fantastic (five stars), the other was on his phone much of the time, texting and talking loudly in the hallways of the buildings (two stars). The dispatcher said the movers would have their own transportation between sites and they did not, I opted to pay for a cab so that we could be sure to arrive at the same time, and safely. I was very grateful for the help.
