Vladimir and his assistant were very professional! From arriving on time, unloading items carefully, and ensuring we didn't need additional help before they left. I can't forget to mention, it was raining and that didn't stop them from completing the job like true professionals. Will definitely use again in the future.

The movers arrived in at 10;52 and I was told they would arrive at 11 so I was not home until 10;59. They started the time from when they arrived instead of when they started working at the agreed time. They moved very slow and found them resting several times while on their phone, while we we were working. They couldnt manage the load. What took 2 hours in the past with 3 flights of steps and more furniture took them 4hrs with no steps and less furniture. They watched time more than working. During the last 10 mins they refused to do any work ( we had about 6 light dining chairs left) and instead of helping until 3pm at the 4 hrs of starting work. They stopped at 250pm and demanded payment code and watched us moved last few things. Very unprofessional. They couldve finished the 10 minutes. They dragged alot of my furniture even the light weight things. They needed a lot of direction. Not professional at loading a truck. I just hope my table was not cracked or damaged. Don’t recommend

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We hired them as we wanted to support local Latino families but this is the most unprofessional group. They weren’t flexible with our time frame we selected, were late, immediately demanded we pay $150 for extra help due to ‘too much stuff’ (the same job got done by 2 pp in 2 hr’s 2 months ago) because they brought the whole family when we only requested two people for 3 hours. They moved INCREDIBLY slow and kept taking breaks. They even stole our coke without even asking!!! We only realized after they left by finding our coke cans in our neighbors trashcan and then another empty can in one of our boxes. SO unprofessional. We should have looked at previous reviews; if you haven’t checked them, you should. They didn’t even finish our move, we played $300 bucks for 3 hours and had to spend all evening moving stuff ourselves because of how slow they purposefully moved. We still have to hire new movers tomorrow to make up for their unprofessionalism. DO NOT USE

This team was amazing! We could have not done 4 flights of stairs with large heavy couches or dressers without them. They are quick, efficient & very strong! Will use again!

When I reached out to them to confirm they would be ontime, they tried to change the time by a couple hours. When I expressed a tight timeline and that I would need another company, they arrived right on time. The workers did a decent job but seemed to slow down to extend the job, which they did at a higher rate.
