Hoarder patrol arrived an hour or two later than initially booked but did a reasonable job communicating the delay. Truck loading was completed quickly. Did not cause any appreciable damage but I would suggest the customer already wrapped all delicate items before their arrival.

I didn’t believe they could load all of my stuff in the truck. But, the guys said, don’t worry about it. Wwe got you! And, they did it in a very efficient timeframe! I was very impressed!!

Worst company Ive ever dealt with. Tried to scam me into paying them after they arrived and refused to finish after they were paid. Completely unprofessional and would never recomment them to anyone. Stay clear at all costs!

The movers at Hoarder Patrol Moving were a No Call-No show on the designated date and time to meet at the storage facility. After we called them, they claimed that they called us at 6 am to reschedule for later that day. However, clearly one can see there were no calls from them on my phone. It wasn't worth getting into it with them. They also charged us an additional $300.00 for furniture. We were not aware of this extra charge. It was a surprise! We just wanted to get the moving over with and so did not contest it at the time with the movers, and as they would probably not have the authority to adjust the fee anyway. The movers themselves did a decent enough job. Curious if U-Haul vets the movers on their website???

These guys go above and BEYOND!!! They are extremely professional, prompt, and I can promise you will be happy with their services. What should have taken six men and two men completed an entire 26 foot U-Haul in three hours. They even gave us a HUGE discount! Thanks so much for making our cross country move so easy!!!!

The movers were very strong and quick. They moved out 2 bedroom apartment in an hour however I paid for 3 hours for loading and unloading. They said I needed to pay for an additional 2 hours to unload and when I said I didn't want to pay that, I would keep it with just the 3 hours to load, they told me that since the load locations had stairs, they were charging an additional $75. I feel like they were looking for ways to increase their price the day of the move. I would not use them again.
