Fantastic moving helpers! Jackson showed up on time and didn't waste time starting. They were done unloading and moving everything to third floor in half the time it took the crew I hired in Dallas to load the truck, and those guys weren't slow.

The 2 gentlemen were very professional, but I am still not happy that they were 2 hours late to what originally was scheduled as well as a couple items, were broken and just now realizing. They did let us know of one item but there was several items that we found broken not mention. They still didn't complete the move. We had a lot of stuff that was left at the apartment.

The guy’s did put an effort. A heavy effort and for that I am grateful. However some issues here. Communication, tried to get a handle of them via phone, they didn’t answer nor call me back even though they said they would. Text messages infrequent, they would not confirm fully, days prior. And I had questions on the service itself. The actual move They didn’t bring any rollers or trolleys which means that of course the job could not be completed in 2 hours and it fact it didn’t. Also they would not extend it (since they had other jobs after this) The guys were tired from previous jobs in the day. But that should not be my responsibility. If I pay for the service why should the quality not be the same? Very slow walk on trips with no sense of urgency. As I said they were tired and I understand. On pro side they did move the heavy stuff upon my supervision, and me directing them, otherwise that would not have happened. I recommend to talk with them if you can prior to the move
