Marco and Eli were absolutely fantastic! Very professional, very kind and very patient. We had to reschedule this a number of times and every time I called Marco about this, his response was always 'no problem.' If I ever need movers for something else, Marco and Eli are going to be my go to guys! They were great!!!!!!

The young men were very polite and professional. They put the boxes where they were supposed to be and didnt break anything. My only thing is that I wished they would wear a back brace. Other than that they did an excellent job!!

EZ Helper movers were an awesome help and great to work with. While they were an hour and a half late, not all of that was their fault, and they more than made up for it with their tremendous patience, flexibility, communication, and help. My move was delayed due to a U-Haul shipping error, but Marco was super flexible with the changes and worked to squeeze me in even with 24 hours of notice to make sure the move could be completed as soon after the box delivery as possible. When they first arrived, we found that all but one of the locks that I had used had seized, and we had to use bolt cutters to get into them. The team was incredibly patient during the whole process despite it taking almost an hour, and when it became clear that the move might overlap with the next customer due to the two delays, they immediately offered to come back late in the evening or early the next day to complete the move. All together, they were super polite, patient, careful, and a delight to work with.
