I hired 2 movers to unload a truck for 4 hours & informed the company that about 125 boxes or more need to be moved upstairs into a back room. The movers just dropped off and pushed boxes into the room & enclosed the entrance to the room to the point that I had to remove boxes to make room for a walkway. I'm not sure if some of the boxes were damaged in the move or not, but several boxes labeled FRAGILE were crushed. The way the boxes were left shows all the boxes will have to be removed & rearranged in a better manner which defeats the purpose of hiring the movers. Additionally, my daughter's bedroom was left in the same condition without the consideration that she will not be able to put together the bed without removing all the items the movers left at the door out of the room. I hired 2 movers, but 3 movers was working on the unloading of the truck, which took 5 hours & Yolanda M requested I Zelle pay the 1 extra hour labor service.

Communication was great and the movers finished before the time slot I booked was up. However, my overall rating is 1 star because I’m missing the side rails to my bed set. I can’t put my bed together without them!
