KD did a great job, had a great attitude, and handled a big job (moving a lot of appliances and a full 26ft truck) with positivity. My only disappointment was that I paid for a reservation of 3 helpers for 3 hours but only got 2 helpers. They did finish the job in three hours though so I don't mind.
