They arrived late, and the notice from the manager that they would arrive late was itself late. However, that still worked out well for us because of our own schedule, and they stayed for the entire length of booking and an extra half hour. The young man was very earnest and nice, but it was a bit hard to understand his English. The older man did not seem to speak English at all, and he was very inexperienced and needed constant direction from the younger man, but he did work. Movers preferred to hand carry, rather than use dolly or hand truck. That's okay, they were strong and hard-working. They were reluctant when asked to wrap any furniture in the blankets we rented. I would keep an eye on how they loaded. There was just a little damage during the drive, a lamp was broken. We did appreciate them and tip them. Overall, I would say it was good value for the money, but be prepared to pack and safeguard everything yourself, and just rely on them for the lifting and shifting.

Hard working, organized, efficient. They were careful throughout the move to not cause damage. Clearly experienced, they knew what they were doing. Only issue was they arrived a bit late. Otherwise great workers.
