Rakheem and Rahim were both very polite, punctual and hard working. They communicated excellently right from the beginning and made sure that all we were on the same page about our move requirements. They can on time and made sure the move was completed well within the stipulated time. They even had additional moving tools and dollies to make sure the furniture was handled well. They handled even the heavy and bulky furniture items like sofa and moved it expertly. They are definitely one of the best moving services I have used and would highly recommend their business.

Even though there was a huge snowstorm the day before our move, they travelled the two hours to move us. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The were very nice guys. We will use them again.

My wood floor were damaged with deep gouges. When I said something about it he said yeah sorry I didn’t know there was something sharp as they dragged the elliptical across the floor. As a mover they should know to put a buffer under anything they are moving on wood floors or any floor for that matter. They caused over a thousand in damages. When I emailed about it Rakeem stated he didn’t see any damages caused by them & hopes I didn’t do it. We had a conversation about it when it happened. He asked that I get an estimate & I’ve emailed it to him & sent a second reply asking for a response & have heard nothing. Although they completed the job, they need to pay for the damages & make sure they don’t slide anything on anyone’s floors in the future. I would like a response from them & payment for the damages they caused.

Great communication and right on time. I appreciated they sent a text the day of to give me their estimated arrival, which was on time with what we had reserved. The two movers were professional and curious and got the job done in the time we reserved. We will use them again when it’s time to move our things out of storage. The industry can be hit or miss but this was a hit. 100 percent recommend and would use again.

We are so happy with our decision to use this company to unload our U Haul after driving 9 hours to another state. They communicated their arrival time and completed the job efficiently. These guys were super friendly and careful with our items, delivering the labeled boxes to the appropriate rooms in the new apartment. I would definitely use this company again! I highly recommend!
