Absolutely HORRiFYING experience. 2 guys arrived to unload my uhaul and when they were done they were trying to get me ro pay for the service again. They told me their boss wasnt answering and not paying them. They unknowingly followed me to my hotel harassing me about payment! I called the owner over and over but he wouldn't answer my calls. I would NOT recommend going through this company. They are scamming their workers and then the workers get angry. I was scared for my safety

Gilbert and George were a fantastic help during my move. Polite, quick and efficient. Everything with my actual move was fantastic, but I did get a call the next day from one of my movers because they never got paid for the job aside from the tip I gave them. He asked me if I could contact the person who scheduled everything because he couldn’t get in touch with him. I was very pleased with my service, but I’m hoping there is just a delay in payment processing for the guys who helped me.

Chris and Gilbert worked extremely hard and made sure to take extra care of all our belongings! They emptied my 20' trailer in record time! Very professional, highly recommend!

The guys were not prepared to carry heavy furniture. They didn’t bring any moving equipment such as a dolly or moving straps. I requested a dolly and something to lift a large china cabinet and large bookshelf. They were mindful of the furniture to make sure they did not damage it, which was good. They persevered in lifting the furniture and getting it to the truck. They told me it was their first day and hopefully learned something from this experience.
