Joe and Marshawn were a MASSIVE help. On-time, communicative, and hard workers. Literally couldn't have done it without them. I'd recommend them to anyone in the Cleveland area who's planning to move.

They broke our beds and did not reassemble them even when they said they would when asked in advance. They did not bring all the parts for the beds either. Then they didn't bring the cords for the washing machine to be connected and left vitality in the middle of the basement floor. They lost some cords too. Overall they were kind people.

This is the second time we used Joku's, and they are great. Joe called me after I booked, and confirmed what kind of furniture I have. He also contacted me before their arrival, and the guys were on time. The guys were very polite and careful with our house and the furniture. They were very efficient and hard working and knew how to pack the track. I will use them again.

I called them the minute I booked which was last minute. Jo(I think) answered all my dumb questions and showed up on time!! I had alot of stairs involved and heavy stuff the two helpers finished fast. They were very polite and respectful of our stuff. I would absolutely recommend them again I’ve booked with a different company and had a terrible experience and was worried I would get the same but again ABSOLUTELY AMAZING definitely would book them again!!!

30 minutes late, not a great start. The guys were nice and moved what I asked them to. I felt like I had to move a lot of stuff myself to get it done in the 2 hrs paid time. I was hoping to avoid that because my back will be sore for days now. Lesson learned. Overall, they did alright.
