I already filled out a complaint, but they were over 2 hours late to the move, and maybe I am more judgmental because my movers to help pack everything were phenomenal, but they unpacked everything very slowly comparatively, were much less delicate with items, and scratched up some items.

The guys were professional, friendly, and efficient. They even took apart a large punching bag piece of equipment to move it and took apart my bed frame as well. This was a last minute request and they exceeded my expectations! Thank you both so much!!

They broke our beds and did not reassemble them even when they said they would when asked in advance. They did not bring all the parts for the beds either. Then they didn't bring the cords for the washing machine to be connected and left vitality in the middle of the basement floor. They lost some cords too. Overall they were kind people.

This is the second time we used Joku's, and they are great. Joe called me after I booked, and confirmed what kind of furniture I have. He also contacted me before their arrival, and the guys were on time. The guys were very polite and careful with our house and the furniture. They were very efficient and hard working and knew how to pack the track. I will use them again.
