Movers did not use any of the tie downs or rope that they told me to bring to secure items in the truck, causing everything in the upper attic to fall and break multiple pieces of furniture. The mover then blamed me and said 'whos the lunatic that was driving' knowing full well I was driving the truck (at max 55mph on the highway mind you, accelerating and braking as slow as humanely possible). Complete lack of professionalism, lack of experience, rude, multiple boxes that I had written 'this side up' or put arrows just stacked however. All of this causing an extra 1-2 hours (not to mention the extra 30 minutes it took them to arrive at the second location..). After mentioning this to their boss, he simply bills me for the extra time the next day and starts asking how I'm going to pay. They broke hundreds of dollars of furniture!!

These guys were very efficient and very conscientious in moving stuff from my house to the UHaul. They made extreme steps to prevent damage to anything. And they are very hard workers. After we got the truck filled (and it was filled) we moved to putting the Jeep onto the Auto Trailer. The Jeep doesn't run so we all had to push to get the Jeep up onto it. It was a struggle, but we got it all done. And the great thing is that we got everything done within the 2 hours allotted. I was very impressed with this team of movers.
