All four movers were very capable and hard working. They handled all of my property with care. I was especially pleased to have them successfully move a 83 inch TV. They loaded and unloaded a 26 foot truck with professional ease. I also found their hourly rates to be very reasonable. I was extremely pleased with the Alliance Moving service. They made a huge contribution to a smooth move!

I sought out Alliance Movers because they had good reviews, and I paid a premium for their services (4x the rate of the cheapest option). I expected quality service, and items to be packed with care and attention. However my experience was anything but. Items were tossed in boxes with no thought. My two U Boxes were packed with fragile things heaped atop fragile things. My two U Box containers were packed so poorly, that we ran out of space before fitting all my things. I had to repack one of the U Box containers after they left in order to fit the remaining items. When I unpacked after the move, several items were damaged. Two lamps broken, two antique end tables severely damaged, an antique dresser received a giant scratch, and several smaller items were also damaged. This is a budget moving option masquerading as a high quality service. Would not recommend.

Needed help getting things into attic. I advised they put things in different specific areas and this wasn’t done well. Essentially all items were within reach of the attic entry rather than put where specified. Minimum necessary effort rather than well-done.
