The feet were broken off a cabinet and there were scratches on my patio furniture, dresser and floor lamps. Workers should be required to inform the customer when they've damaged any items. I would not recommend this company.

We have a lot of stairs, so I’ll start off by saying they worked hard. Three people showed up and about 2 hrs in, the third person sat in the car the rest of the time. They got the 5 U Box containers loaded in 4 hours and that was with getting stuff out of our basement and attic. We definitely have a few more spots to patch on the walls now, which is a bit frustrating. Toward the end of the loading, they started getting less strategic with placement of items, so one U Box container was packed rather poorly. As they were leaving, they threw garbage from their car on the ground rather than using our garbage cans.

Communication was poor and since I can’t review on July 31 because nobody showed up and barely spoke to me, I am rating it low here because I was unsure if anyone was going to show up since they didn’t the first time.
