The moving team was punctual and very efficient. Really impressed by their deliberate walk through of the house to assess how to best load and organize items to ensure everything could fit safely and effectively.

SA Helpers are responsive to my questions over the text. At the last minute, I was able to add one more helper the day before my move which provides significant help to speed up my loading process. On the day of my move, both helpers arrived early and were willing to stick around despite the delay of my Uhaul pickup process. The helpers aren’t super fluent in English but we are able to communicate good enough. Their services are affordable and reliable so I’d recommend working with them.

The manager who was communicating time and details (on the phone) was terrible, rude, poor communicator, and unhelpful. However, the movers (Dias and David) themselves were nice to work with, accommodating and understanding!
