The communication was good the first time they confirmed the date. I called the second time to confirm The time they would bring it on that day and everything was fine. The third communication they called me and said they wouldn’t be coming until the last two hours of the day which in New York City is not a great idea and it was not what I was expecting. They don’t called the day of to let me know they were coming and they were about a half an hour late. The two guys were there were very nice one. Nobody was doing better than the other in terms of organization and getting it all loaded. I had to step in at one point and tell them if it was situated in a certain way we could get more things in so definitely I would say help manage that process. I was also surprised as only two of the pods came at one time and then they had to take those back and pick up new ones after they were loaded, which added even more time and quite frankly stressful for me.

Unfortunately, my experience with this provider was very disappointing. Several items were damaged during the move, including my couch and my dining room table. In addition, the movers caused visible damage to my wall, leaving cracks that were not present before the move. Another major concern was the handling of additional charges. One of the movers requested that I send extra payment directly to him via Zelle for additional hours instead of processing the payment through the official platform. As a woman alone in my home with two movers present, I felt uncomfortable and pressured to comply in order to avoid conflict. Overall, this experience felt very unprofessional and left me with damaged furniture and property. I am requesting that this situation be reviewed and that someone contact me regarding compensation for the damaged items and wall repairs. I am able to provide photos and further details if needed.

The gentlemen that assisted me with my move were a lifesaver. I am a single female moving everything by herself. They were kind, patient and just such a help. I would definitely recommend them to some that needs help moving. I tipped the movers cash after the job was done.
