There was a small issue with trying to get in touch with my point of contact the day of the move. I wanted to double check the time but could not get a response, so I was a little stressed they wouldn’t show up, but they were perfectly on time and this team was incredible! They were so efficient and quick! Plus when we realized the trailer we had wasn’t big enough they helped us brainstorm for the best solution, rolled with the punches, and still got everything done in our original window! What a great team!

T and J did a nice job of handling my daughter's items while loading our U-Haul truck from storeage. They worked at a steady but careful pace and completed the job with time to spare. The did a great job of packing the truck—nothing appeared to shift during the drive from Des Moines to Minneapolis and the movers who unloaded the truck confirmed it was well packed. While I tipped once the work was complete, I was a little short on cash, so I'm adding a bit more here. Thanks.

BEWARE! Communication prior leading up to the move was fine. However, the person they sent seem to think he is the boss of everyone. VERY ARROGANT AND COCKY. He wouldn't listen to instructions. 10 minutes into the moving, he said I was wasting his time because I told him we need to move boxes out of the rooms first before loading the truck. He refused and when I told him if he can't do it our way then he can leave. He was yelling and harassing me. We had to call hotel security and the cops to get this joker out of the premises. He told them he MUST do the job but he doesn't have to take instructions from me. Unfortunately bubu, I am the boss of my items and I can tell you exactly how I want it. He also brought his girlfriend who stood there clueless and had no idea what she was doing. I asked her, have you done this before? Because she just stood there watching us move items.

The movers were 4 hours late. They damaged multiple items. They stayed only 42 minutes of the 2 hours that was paid.

Our moving men broke over half our stuff and just threw boxes in with no care or concern. By far the worse job I have ever seen and I have used Uhaul moving many times. They put heavy stuff on light and breakable stuff and a 100lb box ended up coming flying down and breaking my finger. Will never use again or recommend to anyone.

Jay and Jimmy were the assigned 2-person team for our daughter’s unfurnished college apartment move-in. Despite a busy day for the company (August 1), they kept in communication about their arrival time. They unloaded the U-haul truck in record time! They were efficient, polite and careful with the items they were handling. They maneuvered a very large sofa into the space with precision! Thankful for their help - would hire again. Also, company offered the best price of comparable services.
