I booked a 2-hour loading and unloading service for a 1-bedroom apartment move. Both apartments had dedicated elevators, and the buildings were only 5 minutes apart, so this should have been a straightforward move. Unfortunately, the movers arrived 30 minutes late. It then took them 4 hours just to load the truck, despite the small size of the move. After loading, they informed me they needed to leave for another appointment before completing the job. After speaking with the company manager, one mover left anyway, and the remaining mover had to unload everything alone, which added another 2 hours. The entire move ended up taking 6 hours instead of the estimated 2 hours. The movers worked extremely slowly, communication was poor, and the overall experience was very stressful and unprofessional. This was by far the worst moving experience I’ve had, and I would not recommend this company.

They were late and haphazardly loaded the truck. I had to stop them halfway through and we had to re-organize it. Therefore wasting time that I paid for plus a lot of stuff was damaged not very happy plus they didn’t speak English.

They arrived very late on both days dragged and fucked up my furniture but I'm not too bothered bc the furniture was not too expensive and didn't have sentimental value. At least they were fast and efficient at moving. I understand this is a hectic time for their business so its ok.
