The first contact was within 5 minutes after I submitted needing assistance. The day of the move there was a discrepancy with the time which was scheduled for 12 o'clock, but the first person arrived a little after 1 PM and then the rest of the crew arrived once everyone was there. The work went smooth once everyone arrived sporadically. The guys were great and I appreciated the care they exercised with my items Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend this company, and to the owner, remember that proper communication is key.
