The movers communicated very well but left during the job and said they would stay and extra 30 minutes to make up for the missed time. They were also very slow and took several smoking breaks.

Will and Brian were great. They packed our 15 foot truck like Tetris champs, handled our belongings with care, and worked hard. They got the job done.

The Father and Son team arrived on time but didn’t start working until 45 minutes later because they had to deal with an unrelated issue first. When they did start they worked they worked for about another 45 minutes when they informed me they had to leave to go to another job and if they could back later or the next day. After about a half an hour they told me they were staying. Once again they started loading the truck taking furniture from the house and loading boxes from the garage that I had placed there from the basement the previous day. Some of the items I needed loaded into the truck never made it. After they finished loading they wanted four more hours added. I attempted to do this by calling U-Haul moving help and there was a exceptional long wait time to which the Father exclaimed I want another hour for waiting. I told him it wasn’t my fault that the wait time was so long. He then told me well if you didn’t sit around all day with my thumb up my ass.

These guys were great. I had some items that were way too heavy and the banged it out, going up and down stairs of my Mom's old Victorian house. Uhaul could do better with time slotting on the app but I recommend this moving team.

Less than 24 hours before the move they informed us of additional cash fees. They arrived late. They did not help take furniture apart or put it back together. But they moved a lot of big heavy things on a hot day!

Will and Brian went above and beyond! Will hire again....no problem! Had to reschedule to evening due to conflicting AM & PM moving with other client's delayed schedule. I had 24 hour window on my rental anyways! Just keep that in mind when moving.
