While I admire the work ethic of these young men, I had an awful experience with my move. My move was at 930 am and they didn't show up until 1035 am. If I hadn't called them at 950 am, I truly think they would have forgotten altogether. We ended up moving all the boxes on our own, and the movers only had about 4 pieces of furniture left to move by the time they showed up. I was still charged for a full 2 hours of service. On top of that, one piece of my wood furniture has major damage to its surface because other items were stacked on top of it in the Uhaul. We brought moving blankets for them to utilize, and it wasn't until we were unpacking the Uhaul that we realized they didn't use any of them at all. The young men were truly so nice, but they lack the experience and knowledge needed to be professional movers.

Absolutely the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. Items were thrown onto the ground and even placed in muddy water. Food was contaminated, furniture was scratched, fragile items were shattered, and my 3-tier shelf was broken beyond repair. Several boxes were crushed, torn, and water-soaked due to careless handling and improper stacking. The crew had a terrible attitude, acted aggressively, and their behavior felt intimidating and unprofessional. Instead of hiring these movers for loading or unloading your belongings, you might as well throw your items directly into the trash yourself — the result would be the same. This felt less like a professional service and more like negligence bordering on robbery. I strongly do NOT recommend this provider.

I could not recommend these guys more. I was so impressed by their professionalism and speed. They were communicative and careful with my belongings. They even said to me that they were going to take care of my stuff as if it were their own, and they did just that. They finished loading my whole truck in an hour. This was by far the best experience I have had with a UHaul mover. Book these guys, you won't regret it.

The 3 movers were given a tough job and handled it well. They were pleasant and friendly to work with and had great attitudes. This made the time pass quickly. They are a great new young addition to the Uhaul moving services who will continue improving teamwork skills to improve efficiency. Again, I appreciate their hardwork and getting the job for me. I would definitely hire again.

These men did great. With a great attitude and we moved on the coldest day of the year. They also helped an older neighbor lady who fell down and couldnt get up.
