Unfortunately were 3 hrs late due to problems at the prior job. Once they arrived they got in done quickly, and managed to get a few very large items up a difficult staircase. Overall a decent job.

Very young. Weren’t exactly knowledgeable on how to pack the truck. Upon arrival, we found our very expensive (gift from my mother) swivel chair to be broken. They did work hard, but commonly lost focus and needed ample directions and breaks.
