Arrived late !! They got paid twice. My father is old and not aware of that the process and the payment all online. He simply paid in cash. I didn’t know that and when they completed the job they get out to me asking for the payment code !! They didn’t made me aware that they were paid $140 in cash. We called and requested to refund $100 and take $40 tips but they didn’t provide any response that they are willing to do that.we were happpy with the service but the issue is that they didn’t make us aware that they were paid twice .

The movers were hard working and nice people. However, I think they worked hastly and therefore a couple of pieces of furniture got scratched. I rather they worked slower and more carefully. Thank you for your service.
