Our move began positively with the movers packing the U-Haul, giving us confidence for a smooth moving trip. However, things took a turn as we drove from Florida to Michigan. The trailer started swerving and fishtailing, prompting us to pull over and call U-Haul for roadside assistance, fearing a serious issue. A technician came and replaced a tire, but the problem persisted, leaving us feeling unsafe, especially with snowy conditions ahead. We stopped at Walmart to buy 100lbs of weights for the trailer's tongue, and fixed the improper loading for the rest of our time on the road. This situation led to significant delays and added unnecessary stress to our move. We wanted to hire movers to avoid these issues and make our move less stressful which wasn’t the case in the end unfortunately. My husband who is experienced with a trailer stated he even was beyond nervous and we hadn’t even started the trip, luckily his weights idea fixed everything and possibly saved our lives!

Just not what I expected, they were late, it rained a tad and although there were issues at the storage facility, the movers did not listen to my advice. I've moved more than a few times, and in & out of the state. And boxes were lined up in back and on one side wall. I've never send this before. So, towards the end, I couldn't get everything on a 26' truck. My son-,in-law and I started to help out. Very disappointed.
