Overall the Reliable Movers staff were very kind and helpful but not the most professional. Despite calling to confirm their arrival time a few days in advance, they arrived over an hour and a half late. We had discussed use of ratchet straps for our cross-country move in advance. However, at the end, I was disappointed to see that nothing was tied down at all despite providing them with a ton of rope and ratchet straps. I could also see boxes towards the back of the truck which were not blocked and thus will certainly fall if I brake. We chose Reliable Movers due to their reasonable cost, and I do think we got what we paid for— helpful movers who would have been fine for an in-town move but did not have the experience or professionalism I would have hoped for a cross-country move.

Was great at the actual packing and moving part. Good at conversation and working quickly. Can't give 5 stars for being couple hours late but otherwise was a pleasant experience.

These guys were great. Had 4 flights of stairs to haul some extremely heavy furniture, and it was done in a jiffy. We thought we'd be able to handle the move ourselves, but we're both in our 60s, and Uhaul made it easy to find help, though we had not planned on it. It's a great service and was more than fair in price. We tipped in cash.

You have to keep an eye on them as they did a good bit of damage to some pieces of furniture. We have a round dining room table that appears to have been rolled on the blacktop to get it to our home. It now has damage all the way around the top and some chunks of wood missing. This was an easy move as I had everything packed to include most of the boxes already on the truck before they arrived. There were no stairs involved on either end of the move but still the damaged table. Would I use them again? Maybe but definitely with extreme observation and instruction. You would think avoiding damage would be standard but then again maybe not.

Sorry I can't say outstanding ...but to give benefit of doubt I understand this was Dan and Paul's like 3rd job of the day and Dan was having car trouble so it put him behind;however Paul was outstanding, all in all I was pleased with the job well done.

Only one mover showed up. He was told that someone was on the way for 2 hours. Finally someone could be there in 15 minutes but we had finished. My husband helped him move everything, defeating the purpose of us hiring movers. I should have requested a refund, but I was worried the one guy wouldn’t get paid. He did a great job and was very friendly. Would not say they live up to the name of being reliable.
