Everything was tremendous. With the storm coming on Saturday, I called Mike last minute the day before and he found two helpers who arrived three hours later. All were hardworking, easy to work with, and good people. And it was a hard move, up three flights of stairs. I couldn't be happier with how everything went. A great job by Edifice Movers.

HORRIBLE!!!! First only one gentleman arrived on time the other was almost an hour late although starting late I was charged from the time the first guy arrived even though nothing was able to be moved. Then the move ended 1 hour after the original start time due to beginning late and I was still charged for an additional hour or labor. They also destroyed all of my furniture. I wish I could upload pics. All furniture is stayed and or scratched due to being pushed instead of being lifted. These guys cleanly aren’t capable of moving large or heavy item efficiently. I’m currently working with U-Haul to look for a resolution to this because over 10k in furniture is ruined now. WORST DECISION I’VE MADE SO FAR.

What a great experience! Mike had great communication, very professional and easy to work with. He and Tony had our move done incredibly quickly. They were right on time. It unfortunately started raining during our move and they handled it very well making sure nothing was damaged with the rain.

Very disappointed with the manager of this moving crew. I called him to dispute damage to a drawer from a dresser, and all he could tell me was to say leave a review. Very unprofessional on the phone. One crew member was late, they damaged not only the dresser drawer, but the exterior of the dresser. At the end of move, my daughter was going to give an item to her sister, and realized it was not in her new apartment. After searching each floor of her complex, she found her items sitting outside of another unit on a totally different floor. I once again contacted Michael Steele the manager and he had nothing to offer. Unfortunately because these discoveries more made after the crew left, I was out of a good tip I provided for both men.I would never ever use Michael Edifice Moving And Cleaning or his crew again. I booked and paid for 2 movers for 2 hours. Only 1 mover showed up and didn’t identify himself when he showed up. He had to be asked eho he was before he actually identified himself. I would have been better off not hiring this mover.
