Excellent service all around. Big Strong moves really helped me out by being able to quickly accommodate me after my previous movers ghosted me on the day they were supposed to deliver my things. Carlos brought my things and got done with unloading all of my belongings in about an hour. Plus, he made sure to communicate with me throughout the entire time. Keeping me updated on everything from when he was going to pick up the uhaul box to how long it would be before he arrived. If you're looking for movers that'll give some of the best service around, I'd strongly recommend Big Strong Moves. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Carlos showed up to load my belongings. When my items arrived, two large pieces of furniture were damaged. My vanity and my desk were both broken. My vanity was snapped in half, and my desk had other items piled on top of it and it broke as well. Carlos has refused to take responsibility despite the Uboxes not being packed properly. My items were valued at over $600 and he refused to come to a resolution. He promised to at least pay for my vanity, which I was okay with, but after agreeing to that he blocked my number. That is a terrible business practice. I could understand if he told me he would not cover anything, but to say you will compensate my vanity and then block me is such a shady business practice. I paid him $660 to load my belongings, plus $40 tip and he still treated me terribly and refused to come to a resolution. I would NOT recommend his service. If you want your Ubox packed properly, DO NOT BOOK his service. He won't take responsibility and then will lie to you.
