Unlike the previous team, they communicated clearly, listened to our requests, and were willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was moved properly. They had a great attitude, were respectful, and worked well as a team without wasting time. They helped with loading and unloading without complaints and ensured that all items were placed safely, including large furniture like couches. Their truck was well-organized, and they made the most of the available space.
