Booked a 2 hr move. Derik, the owner, asked if I could move at 730 cause he had a 10 am move. He overslept & when I asked for an updated ETA he got upset & asked Do you still want me to come or not? Then he went to the wrong address. Arrived 45 minutes late. I was fine. Life happens. But at 10 he told me my time was up & I knew it was because he had to get to his other job. He argued with me about the start time until I showed him my 816 am outbound call asking if he was close to my place. He started my job 820 & I told him he needed to finish. After that he carried my clothes inside & only three qtrs made it in the closet. I found the others on the floor. He aggressively argued to leave & I let him go. Another 10 minutes & my move would have been over with a good review and a tip. Instead I lost 20 mins & had to finish unloading myself as a woman. He was eager to get to what was probably a bigger job ($$) after he was late & he left my job unfinished.

My experience with D&H was phenomenal. I received a wake up call 1 hour prior to arrival. The gentleman arrived on time and provided professional customer service.
