Super late but did call. 2 of the 3 were moving diligently. One was a bit slack. My move exceeded the timeframe I allotted but it also became down one person by time to unload. It was an ok experience but not great. There was no real plan. Just loading and unloading a truck. Overall they were nice but I wish things went a bit quicker and it happened during the day instead of into the night when EVERYONE tired and just trying to get it done

I can say the 3 movers were really nice! But there’s no way I payed for 4 hours and I still had to call family to help me finish the job!!! New items that were recently purchased were damaged and I’m really upset about that. It’s like I had to stand outside to make sure they were moving stuff because there were plenty of times I caught them hanging out in the truck. Overall really disappointed.

The team lead Devon drove over the key pad to the gate with the trailer and pulled it out of the ground. There are several large dents and scrapes in the walls and floors of my apartment that will need to be repaired. They also argued during the job and at one point I thought they were going to fight. When I asked what could be don’t about the damages I was told that they aren’t liable for any of that.
