They were incredibly kind and flexible. We had initially scheduled the move with another firm, but they were only able to do it in the afternoon. I canceled that order and booked with IDS. Although IDS initially couldn’t accommodate the time window required by our building, they rearranged their schedule to meet our needs

They were fantastic for my upload. They were punctual, professional, and worked quickly to get everything into my new place.
